From experience is online dating worth pursuing if your autistic or not?

I am thinking about doing online at some point down the line maybe. In years recent in the pub scene I have only managed to form brief relationships with old women but I did once very briefly go out with a 20 year old dwarf in 2017.

A 20-year old dwarf. Sounds like you bagged yourself a winner!

Nah, just kidding. I'm sure dwarves are okay.

Online dating is pretty bad, unless you are above average, as a male. In terms of job, success, looks and so on.

I have found limited success in social media, in the past, but more so for online relationships or hook-ups.

My first girlfriend was a cousin of my best friend at the time, and she told him she had a crush on me, so I dated her and we were together for a while.

My friend tried to hook me up with a girl in my social circle back in 2007 but I was such a picky idiot at the time that I rudely rejected her.

Yep.

I don't think a lot of autistic people can afford to be picky, myself included, if they want some dating experience.

Yeah.

There's always time to meet someone else, Jamesy. Try to keep positive.

I know but college is a good stage of your life to start dating.
