Assuming all devices were once working Ok, and the source of emails is working Ok - no because only one device is failing, not the others. The email source can't "make" the other devices fail just because one of them isn't working.
A simple analogy: there are three windows looking onto the same garden - drawing the blinds on one won't hide the view from the others.
