Hi:

I have a former supervisor and colleague who constantly bullies and criticizes me just about every time I turn around.

-If I talk when others are talking, he's yelled at me in a meeting "Hey, that person is talking."
-I say something that sounds funny to him, and he makes fun of me.
- I say or do something that bothers him, he gets nasty.
-He was bossy to me about ordering "His" batteries

Just about every time he criticizes me, I end up in tears.

Have you tried bringing it up? Not all bullying is intentional. Not everyone picks up on things so fast. A good example is ordering "his" batteries, which could be a friendly way of asking for batteries he specifically ordered (vs what Janey asked for earlier.)

Perhaps you could mention your concerns of bullying to your bosses boss.

That would be, whoever manages the supervisor?

You should never simply put up with bullying in the workplace.
