Hi folks
I'm looking for a supportive place to hang out as my normal online community seems to have been eaten by the gods of the internet.

I'm 45, diagnosed last year with ADHD and autism lvl 2. I have no real support network and ppl I knew from before diagnosis have run away. The ADHD is unmedicated due to other health issues which mean I can't take the pills. I strongly suspect I'm PDA but of course they don't assess that formally yet in most places but suspect my diagnosis of personality disorder is where that fits in.

Did I find a happy and active community when I registered here? I hope so!

I'm also present as other than my birth gender. Lots of folks think of me as female though I'm AMAB.
