Sensory issues w/ everyone except my partner?

So I HATE being touched on my back, sides, back of neck, and arms. If you touch any of those places without permission I'm likely to strike back.

This applies to literally everyone except my partner. I don't mind when he touches those spots at all. I actually quite like it. Why is this? Does anyone know?

You want your partner to touch you, and you've given them consent to.

Other people that touch you are just doing it without your permission.

I'm very anti-affection with everyone except my romantic partners who I LOVE affection from. I think the issue for me is that my romantic partners are the only people I ever felt really close to & that's including my extended & immediate family.
