ive known about this website for many many years. Today is the first Ive gotten up the courage to post.
I am a teacher. Been diagnosed with DID, autism, and adhd.
Im generally a very happy person, but sometimes things just get to be too much and I get overwhelmed and lonely.
I am good at reading peoples posts and terrible at responding because I never know what to say.

Welcome to WP. Good for you for getting up the courage to post. I can relate to not knowing what to say in response to other people's posts sometimes. Many people here can relate to getting overwhelmed and lonely, I'm sure. I do.

Don't feel bad for not knowing what to say. Just say anything, people won't be judgmental in most cases.

Welcome to the site. First of all, do not feel FEAR in responding to any posts. You are among friends here. So feel free to talk your mind. But also be aware that there are many different types of individuals on this site and some may be hostile. But if you begin to communicate, you will be able to quickly tell who is who.

I think you are a very good teacher to your students. But these are trying times that we live in. There is a lot of hostility in the world today.
