I wish I could dye my hair blonde with pink highlights. But my mum only will allow just boring highlights. I don’t want to be a former blonde turned brunette please!! !

Why not try some temporary color you can wash out? Your mum may not mind that so much. I used to have bleached highlights that I could color any color I wanted, wash it out and either leave them blonde or cover them completely with my natural color. (My mother didn't really mind and long as I didn't go to school or show up to a family dinner with purple hair).
