I cant sit still.
Even if i force myself, cant focus on any task.
Its not productive at all.
And it's not fun.
Whats the solution?
Wasting my time but its not something I can control.

Are you on meds such as Ritalin?

Medication is the approved option for treatment of ADHD that is backed up by studies.

Some people have used dietary restrictions to control ADHD symptoms with varying results.
