If anything, I would pursue for the establishment of ghettos for LGBT people to offer them safe space . . .
That sounds like the one back in 1940 when the Jews were relocated to the Warsaw ghetto (a.k.a., the "Jewish Residential District in Warsaw"), and we all know how badly that turned out for the Jews.Speaking of safety, is it safe to assume that your educational background did not focus on European History?
Holy s**t! I shall retreat from that then. No more ghetto BS!
Back to the topic, my trans friend once told me that I shouldn't use they/them pronouns on them and I find it very offensive because they/them doesn't mean they're non-binary. They're GENDER-NEUTRAL.
They/them pronouns don't mean they're gender neutral and not non-binary. Those can be the preferred pronouns of any trans/nb/2s person -> or also quite literally of any human that decides they prefer those pronouns. Notice that I just said "any human that decides they prefer those pronouns," - a singular "they," that literally can and does apply to Any Human.

I'm not crazy about those ghettos either. As a trans person I want to live a life of freedom and safety.

Their human rights are simply protected from persecution by putting them in safe spaces to prevent any killings of LGBT people by transphobes, homophobes, and such.
Whilst this sentiment may have underlying good intentions, I think it's not necessary in 2024 (and should not be).
Creating safe spaces is a much better idea. Fro example coffee shops or study spaces that are designated safe spaces where gay people can congregate and socialise and feel free to express themselves without judgement or scrutiny.

They/them are gender neutral. It doesn't cause any misgendering unless some dickhead abuses it of course. But still, they/them are universal and apply to both the male and female and the trans.

I am a gynotropic cis-male, so my pronouns are "He", "Him", and "His Imperial Majesty".
I didn't find any real meaning behind "gynotropic". Can you explain?

It is good that you want to live such life free from oppression.
