I would say the same thing, except I think would actually choose Classic Jazz, because it has like 41 songs and Jazz is amazing.
Meddle is probably my all time favorite PF album.

Floyd's Meddle is a great choice - nice wide range of moods on that one (dark, angry, idyllic, cosmic, dreamlike...), and Floyd is timeless.

But yeah I'd find it nearly impossible to choose just one album... maybe I'll come back to the thread after thinking about it.
