Found this while looking up about duvets, lol.
I don't believe any such thing can have much credibility, but see what you think.

I myself usually start off in foetal position but end up in Starfish.

it depends really, if it's freezing I will start off in the foetal posistion but i always end up in the yeaner posistion, although my arms are tucked in close to my chest. Or sometimes I sleep like the free faller although my arsm will be at my side then.

that is so interesting, but they don't have my sleep position as an option! Freefall is the closest but I have to have a leg bent up, have to or it just isn't comfortable. It used to drive my husband crazy but now he works nights so I get the bed all to myself! yeah!

I like to sleep with an arm under the pillow in foetus or yearner position.

I sleep in the soldier position, and it probably does reflect my personality.

I always end up waking up to be in the yearner position

I sleep soldier style because it is the only position that does not interfere with my CPAP machine.
