What I was able to listen to so far, sounds good- your recordings have good quality and balance. Are you performing on them at all? (It's not clear to me- I might be misunderstanding)
I did some recording at the church in which I used to play keyboard for the choir. It was really difficult to get good sound there, period, much less record it!
I'd like to be able to find a church to feel at home in, spiritually and musically. Looks like you have! That's awesome! :D

I run the sound board - and yes its very difficult to get a decent recording as well. The recording you are hearing is recorded using Audacity. Its all a live recording from one of the Auxilury Main Outs and all the channels were mixed for house level.
