I've found a new site which is similar to Youtube in that it is a site filled with user uploaded video files, but the videos are all of a much higher quality and are in divx format. Obviously, you'll need a faster connection for this site but imo it's worth it since Youtube quality videos look so terrible.

Sounds a bit like...

"How do you keep an idiot in suspense...."

LOL, oops sorry I forgot to say the link! Greenblue is right, I was referring to stage6.com. I should add that all the videos uploaded are downloadable as opposed to Youtube, which are only downloadable by using apps or outside websites.

The only problem with Stage6 is that the searching doesn't work properly. If you put in several words it only searches the first. And they can't be sorted into genres.

You can turn up the Quality or use videos that were professional made by record companies. The only reason why Youtube is sometimes low quality is because of all the people who don`t know how to use Adobe Flash. Overall Youtubes the best and can run on any old computer out of the Garbage with a Dial-Up Connection and 4MB Onboard Video Port.

stage6 is awesome
but i don't think it has as many videos as youtube

if you're going to dl a video
i'd much rather get divx(avi like) format rather than flv
i'm not picky but it is a lot better

40$ dvd players that play divx (xvid avi whatever)
pack 6 or 7 movies on 1 dvd
yeah, divx is the sheeeeit

I think I'll stick to Youtube from what deep-techno was saying. Also my computer is so old stage6 wouldn't run on it.

the quality on youtube does not bother me as long as i can see what is on the video i'm happy, also i hate .avi format vids i've never had a good time with them.

besides reuploading everything would be a bear.

so i'll stick with youtube besides they got a ton of stuff there anyway.
