Once when my dad was a kid, he was eating scrambled eggs and he sneezed and scrambled eggs came out through his nose.

When I was 10 and stood on the bathroom scale and realized that I weighed 90 pounds my father once told me that being big and being fat aren't the same thing, and that he's big but not fat, and that if I was big it was okay, I wasn't fat and I could jsut exercise the little fat I had off.
