That's fat or muscle for most guys. Females are characterized, in respect to this, as having mammary glands which produce milk. Guys usually don't have those and women's are usually way larger anyway.

im pretty sure that robots could clip whatever damned genitalia they wanted onto their bodies so the whole discussion is kinda invalid...was rather a laugh while it lasted though lol x
