Are there any black (Africans) in New Zealand.

I'm thinking of studying abroad in NZ, and need to make my decision based upon if they have any accomodations ( health, hair salons, doctors) for African Americans, I like NZ culture, and am very interested in the Maori culture (i'm studying the maori culture).

Yes there are blacks in New Zealand. In Auckland the biggest city, where about a third of the population live. A third of them were not born in New Zealand so we have a massive amount of immigrants of different cultures and nationalities now.

Health, hair salons and doctors etc.. don't disriminate against anyone because of the colour of their skin. Everybody gets treated the same.

America has laws which persuade employers to hire people based on skin tone, age, whatever, by providing tax deductions and whatnot. Seeing as New Zealand doesn't have the bad history as the USA does, there are no reasons to have such laws.
