I successfully controlled my ASD by using Diet and Lifestyle change. NO drugs. NO pills. This is based on scientific research on Food, Gut Microbiome, Enteric Nervous System, and their affect on Brain and Mental Health. I’ve tried it, and it works. Really.

My method is simple:
1. Do NOT drink milk or eat dairy products (to eliminate Casein)
2. Do NOT eat any foods with wheat gluten (to eliminate Gluten)
3. DO eat Cruciferous Vegetables everyday (to get Sulforphane)
