| Nice detective work! Breakaway has a kernel mode driver and a user mode application - neither have anything to do with networking. Unless...are you using Breakaway Broadcast or any other such versions that stream audio to other devices? |

| you can also rename the folder that contains cortana and that'll kill it's process entirely. If you copy the folder name into a text file and save it as a backup, you can re-name the folder again to bring it back.
