I'm sorry. I'm struggling right now, but I should not have lashed out. Could this thread be locked please.

...and all the other aspies out there who do give a damn about themselves. kindly quit projecting. Do you really think I don't give a damn about myself? I'm 47 years old. I considered suicide first at 10 years. I've really been trying to hang in there. Our experiences are obviously different and I'...

I know that I have value, although it's hard for me to see it sometimes. I have had a positive impact on people in the past, and it's likely that I will continue to do so in the future. I get that. I have always tried to have a positive impact and I know I have. But ultimately, who cares? I try to ...

Get over yourself. Maybe your life is great, but it's not the same for all of us.

Holy hell keep this to yourself. People are going to be triggered by this stuff.

Why should I? It's a legitimate question. How much of a burden is worth it to society and to those who care about you? People shy away from the tough questions, but life is not a bed of roses. We all die.

How many people on this site think that they have value? I am asking because I believe I have no value to civilization. So to those who are not savants, who live on disability, whose families tell them they are special, do you think you have a value? I'm gonna tell you why I think you and I don't. Y...

Trump thinks it is a good idea to deal with Russia. Russian banks financed many of his building projects prior to his run for President and he'd have contacts there. He probably didn't think there was anything wrong with dealing with them with regard to his campaign. America elected a buffoon becaus...

I am dealing with this myself. I live in Canada, where it is legal to choose to die in some circumstances. For a brief, I think, 2 day period a couple of years ago it was legal to do so for the mentally ill. But that is just mcguffin. Dying is as natural as being born. I don't understand the fear of...

No surprise I guess. Back in the '30s there was this guy, Fatty Arbuckle, I think. He crushed a woman to death on the casting couch.
But it's a symptom of the relations between men and women. This happens in other work fields. It's our culture, we worship the powerful hero and women are his prize.

They are finally going to have the security guard speak, he was the one who found the room and distracted Paddock. When doing so, Stephen shot rounds through the door hitting the security guard. The guard was able to call out the exact location and direct Zebra 20 to the shooters exact location. Fo...

That's awesome. I think that the police have been left to deal with the mentally ill with no toolkit. But it has been that way with families and schools for a long time. Tools and knowledge are becoming available and it is great to see law enforcement show interest. Often, I think, the behaviour of ...

She's not the one who killed and hurt all those people. That person is gone. It is not all that unusual, I don't think, in the States. for people to build up arsenals and harbour ill will. If she is guilty of anything it is complicity, and what's that worth? I don't know. It's like Raptor says, it's...

We may never know what drove him to do it. In this case I don't think it's a lack of mental healthcare access because he had plenty of money. He probably either didn't think he needed it or did think so but just didn't care. $hit happens and there isnt always a reason or a solution. s**t happens be...

“Who’s Jim Carrey? Oh, he doesn’t exist actually. There’s just a relative manifestation of consciousness appearing, and someone gave him a name, a religion, a nationality, and he clustered those together into something that’s supposed to be a personality, and it doesn’t actually exist. None of that...

LOL....but you get these nice 100 cm snowstorms in Newfoundland/Labrador and in Atlantic Canada in general. And you've had a few hurricanes, too. I, myself, wouldn't mind emigrating to Canada---but would have to marry a Canadian. Aren't you already married? Yeah, the east coast gets terrible winter...
