Just because a boy is wearing nail polish, doesn't mean to say he's transgender. Nail polish is a gender neutral product however SOCIETY says it's for girls. Wearing a product doesn't make you transgender. I mean I wear stereotypically men's boots but it doesn't mean to say I think I'm a boy. Please...

It's not like I want to meet up but when I haven't spoke to someone ...

I'm hoping to go to university in a couple of years time and I was wondering what was people's social experiences life and did people make friends despite the fact they have AS? I'm just worried that I'm not going to make new friends and it's going to be awkward as even though I've adaptated NT ways...

I'm starting to see that labels put on me by doctors and doctors' expectations of me are not all that there is, yes. :) So I don't think you're alone in this respect. I too am learning how to socialize, and surprisingly, I have a great group of friends at college. I'm the same, Iike I'm pushing mys...

Am I the only one who tries to be less awkward around people and make friends? Like I dislike how people restrict me to a diagnosis and say "she's going to be a loser in life". Even though I first found it so hard, I'm finally fitting in with people and making new friends. I'm still getting used to ...

Why would you be offended by being autistic? You're talking about it like it's a bad thing.

Doesn't both science and art define a civilisation and its development. It is ok to say that technological progress from lets say the horse and cart to cars is a sign of civilisation becoming more advanced but arts also becoming more sophisticated in some areas except for popular music. I would hav...

Most Aspie's have more of a logical sense of mind and go with atheism however I'm interested to know if there's any of you out there who believe in the concept of "A Creator". Like my views sway towards Panentheism as it doesn't rule out the concept of evolution/no God and it's kinda in the middle s...

I'm underage, but I do occasionally brew mildly alcoholic beverages. I am attracted to alcohol, I wish I could get a better supply of it, but I have to wait another few months for that so I can legally buy it (stupid laws! I can potentially fly planes, drive cars, own guns, buy and take about two d...

Hi, basically my parents have myself(16) and my sister(9) and I just feel like I was like their test baby. My sister is in top sets for for all her subjects and if you compare that to me of when I was in the same school year as her, I was in the lower sets. Plus she has no problems with her whatsoev...
