I will miss this series. I know "The Plan" and "Caprica" are coming out and quite frankly, I'm not hopeful for either one. I keep seeing "Crusade" and "Legend of the Rangers" rolling around in my head.

This was an awesome TV series and should be remembered as such.

Need new life goals.

Also loved the one about the Alien who came to play baseball.(its called "For the love of the Game in season 3 I think, not for sure.) When the lightening flashed and you saw the alien reflection in the bus window, my NT daughter screamed. And the way the guy kept passing out when he saw it was rea...

It troubles me that parents seem to want their children to be "just like everyone else". They see other children and only notice what they're doing that their own child may not be. We want our children to "fit in". I know, because I tend to do that with my 3-year old son. He's not potty-trained yet,...

When I started working my current job about 7 years ago, we were in a quiet part of the floor with very few distractions. I could concentrate on my job, had a decent amount of privacy and was pretty much left to my own devices. This did not really change much when we moved to our new building last y...

Any style of music that comes blaring out of cars with the bass turned exceedingly high. It is physically painful to me to the point I want to drag these idiots out of their cars and beat them with bricks.

They have excellent players at the right positions, a brilliant, if severely ethically challenged, coach, and that secret redzone weapon, Mike Vrabel.

2061 by Arthur C. Clarke. He's had many bright shining moments. This wasn't one of them.

The latest series by David and Leigh Eddings Made it through two books before I couldn't take it anymore.

Faith of the Fallen by Terry Goodkind -- the utter lowpoint of the "Sword of Truth" series.

Originally, I was hoping the Giants would knock off the Patriots. But, some developments have changed my thinking. I'm hoping the Patriots do things to the Giants that could only be described in the Adult forum.

Moved out of my dad's house and in with my mom the day after HS graduation. Lived with her until I was 22, then shared an apt. with my sister for six months, then on my own (except for living with my girlfriend, then my wife).

I am an adequate driver. Of course, my wife is a (by her own admission) horrible passenger. If I drive anywhere with her, I'm always tense. And when I'm tense, I tend to make mistakes.

I find it very easy to lapse into the mindset of a child. I find myself at times looking at other people through the eyes of a 12-year-old (I'm almost 40).

Personally, I think my mature stuff is just an act to get through the day until I can be alone and quiet and a "child" again.

I went to my office party last year. They were having it at a Country/Western bar complete with mechanical bull. It was great!! I talked to the people I knew, drank heavily, and rode the bull several times. Didn't really feel the need to mingle. This year, they had it at a restaurant/bar near the of...
