| I finally broke down and joined meetup. Always was afraid it would be full of weirdos, but Im trying to be more positive now. Has anyone ever gone to one of these alone? I was more comfortable showing up places with someone else, but thats really not a possibility for me currently. |

Quite literally how does one accomplish this?
I never get invited anywhere, I never get introduced to anyone, and going places alone isn't fun or all that socially acceptable. I feel like i'm trapped in a cycle of having no friends or relationships and no way to change that at all. |

| I feel the same way. I have this feeling that if I had one friend I could make more, but I feel stuck and hopeless at the moment. Also in the past I have drifted through classes and jobs and whatnot (all the places others seem to make friends) without any luck. I hope someone can offer us some guida... |

| Don't ever think that police and courts and what not are there to help. A cops job is to put people in the ground or in jail and don't ever forget that, and a prosecutors job is to put people in prison. Show your ID be as calm and cool as you can but never answer any questions without your lawyer. |
