At least sometimes, apparently. Some guy pointed it out to me a few years back, someone I met hanging out at a mutual friend's house. "Why do your hands shake like that" he asked me.... and, he had an accent I didn't understand very well so I had to ask him to repeat the question. It was t... |

Hi kmica420  The one thing that jumps out at me from your post is this: "spice" isn't something you want to ingest, whether by smoking, eating, or any other route. I've experimented with drugs since 1970 (minus a 15-year break when my children were young). I've tried many; I would nev... |

If someone is nice to your face what are hints maybe that they actually do not like you behind your back? Many are the signs ... 1) They spend very little actual time with you. 2) They always seem to be anxious to be somewhere else when they're with you. 3) They talk about how great their other fri... |

Ugh, I can't even go into details as I'm still processing the whole thing, but do I even need to? It's basically the same general thing every time. So, so sick of this. I hate that it takes me so long to notice when they are doing it, too. Like as if this was a new thing for me, or something. Like a... |

My laptops tend to get hot and die because I use them in bed a lot. The one I got recently does not have a fan, so it's not supposed to overheat. Plus it's inexpensive: I think under 250USD. And, the case of mine is bright rose-pink, so it's easy to find (it stands out because nothing else I own is ... |

I always wondered why autistic kids gave in so easily to ABA on videos when I would have been really stubborn. Yikes! I have not actually ever watched such a video, because I know it would make me sick. Actually I hardly ever watch videos, but I'm not even able to read much about the details of ABA... |

One possibility, although I don't know details of your living situation. Some time ago my kids and I lived in a house that was short a bedroom, so I designed & built myself a "loft bed" in a corner of the living room - it was shaped much like a huge table, just the exact height that I ... |

In my opinion, yes, some people do "become more autistic" (search: Autistic Burnout). Something to consider though, is that autistic characteristics and traits are not necessarily static. I don't know if it has anything to do with "How Measurably Autistic is this Person" - more l... |

Mostly it's my children, they are the number one reason I'd not do it. It doesn't take much for me to think my life is worth living, though. Objectively I'm sure my life is awful. But I like to be in it. When I was younger, there were some days when the only reason was that being alive was the defau... |

OCD is one of my many diagnoses, and I definitely have it, there's no mistake. I've never been diagnosed with any kind of autism, not even sure if I could be, at this point. (But I definitely have a lot of traits, and always have had; I believe I am autistic, just don't want to deal with any more do... |

Sort of - after taking Adderall for 10 years, I missed an appointment with my doctor, and somehow it stretched into around four months of not taking it. At first I barely noticed the lack, but after a while, I realized I wasn't getting anything done; I didn't even have any projects going on, and cou... |

Coming across Bronies for the first time on the internet a few years ago, I was intrigued. My daughter had a collection of MLP when she was a child, but I didn't know any adult fans IRL. I posted about my discovery of Bronies on another discussion board (a board that's related to a special interest ... |

Cigarette smoke is nasty and even makes me sick if I breathe it in. The same with cigars, they're even stinkier IMO and the smell lingers on for a long time. Pipe tobacco, on the other hand, smells appealing. I've never smoked a tobacco pipe. Maybe I'm an old fogie (is that even an expression anymor... |
