You might claim a slight moral victory but other than that, no. |

FYI, if you're playing:
70% of the previous winners let the computer pick the numbers for them.
The white balls 26, 41, 16, 22 and 42 are the most common ones to pop out. The No. 26 white ball has been drawn 266 times. That's the most of any number.
Most common powerball number is 20. |

Bowie was one of the first artists who made me feel like my "differences" were cool. I was really surprised to hear about his death this evening. RIP and thanks for the incredible music. |

You are definitely not alone. I was diagnosed (after my daughter was) in February at the age of 44. It was quite a relief at first but I'm still reconciling a lot of things. I found a therapist and that is helping. I also read as many books as I could on late diagnosis. One of the best ones for me w... |

Wow! That's a great drawing. I was wondering if that was the Sonic character. I used to play that game as well. |

I can't keep all the parts of the story straight. I am always amazed by people who can tell the "story" style jokes. I'm better with the one-liners. |

I wish I could tell a joke better. I always botch or forget parts of it and my comic timing is well - comic. |

My avatar comes from this old kid's show called Grim Tales. Basically, it's a British comedian telling German folk tales alongside some crazy animation and some wild props. My family has an old video cassette with episodes taped from television, and I've watched that tape a lot. This series has nev... |

My current avatar is a photo of a moose I took some years ago back home in New Hampshire. It's a connection to the "Great North Woods" region that I've always felt deeply connected to, not to mention my love of nature and photography both. Great photo. Reminds me of my favorite TV show, N... |

Do you have any obsessions or special interests? I know some people on here don't have those but that's how I motivate myself. When I wake up I start thinking about them and that gets me out of bed. |

Yes. For sure. Two of the sounds I dread the most: 1) the phone ringing 2) the doorbell My in-laws have been in our house since Thursday (don't get me wrong, they are lovely people) and I'm quite restless. I did tell them I have AS and they seem to understand why I keep slipping away to work on the ... |

Mine is "Pig" from "Pearls Before Swine." He bumbles through life but is an innocent. I am no innocent, but I do appreciate the naivety and outlook. Going to check out this comic strip. Pig sounds a lot like me. I used to read Bloom County back in the day. I have the complete se... |

My friend Olympiadis, another poster on WP, created my avatar for me. We both love Star Trek, especially Voyager, and he made my avatar as a nod to my adoration of the character Seven of Nine, who has many iconic one-word expressions, of which "elaborate" is one of the most frequent. Love... |

Not sure if this qualifies but many everyday, run-of-the-mill sounds I hear create STRONG emotions and a sort of psychic pain (like you would get from someone running their nails down a chalkboard). It seems my auditory processing mechanisms are mixed with the emotional centers in my brain (think th... |

44. I've read a few books on getting diagnosed late in life. Still looking if anyone has any recommendations. Special interest now. |
