| Vegan style diets[cutting out animal products] have been shown to increase insulin sensitivity, which in turn will lower fasting glucose. Check out youtube videos by Doctors Neal Bernard and John Mcdougall. |

OP-i thought the same about after rewatching the movie.(esp. after that meltdown he had at the end of the movie). But i've been finding a lot of potennial aspies since learning about it. |

| Hormone problems are alot of the time genetic. You should really think about getting them checked. For your stats(5'2'' 230) and the fact you dont overeat is a red flag for hormone problem. Hormone problems can be fixed with medication. |

| Have you had ever had your hormones checked? Thyroid, cortisol,etc. If your 5'2'' and 230 then hormones may be your problem. |
