This lady title for her ad is I want a black boyfriend In her ad she says "This ad is not for sex. I've never been with a back guy before and I want to" She's white. Guessing it's about the whole stereotype of black guys have big penises? But says it's not for sex, aren't black guys same ...

Your reaction is a bit beyond how a neurotypic would react to moving into a new flat. Not that far beyond that we could not understand your reaction, in particular the finger-shaking and heartbeating after you heard that you couldnt move in the day you had thought seems a pretty normal reaction for ...

Voc Rehab is a good place to start, main thing is to try to get a counselor that you like and feel is sympathetic towards your issues if possible. It might be easier to find a sympathetic employer than to find a sympathetic counselor. But it is worth a try ... I guess voc rehab can be quite annoyin...

I feel also often devestated, because people I care about (or used to care about more) dont react enough to the fact that I have lost the custody of my child to my psychopathic ex in a very obviously crazy process. It is as if they just dismissed it as irrelevant or keep being puzzled instead of tru...

By: Loren J. Samons II (these paragraphs by her were printed by Time Magazine): You can’t have democracy without demagogues. Democracies breed demagogues. This has been true since the beginning. Demagoguery emerged in Athens concurrently with the rise of democracy. One might argue that the Greek “t...

One of the things that keeps coming back to me is an argument I got in a week or so ago. It was on Facebook, and somehow the argument became about rape. What seemed like everyone in the comments was against me, and I kept being told "Rape isn't always sexual." I said, yeah, it was. They s...

Sorry, imagining scenarios, and in detail, plus discussing them, is too much of an Asperger game for me. (Sinclair Lewis might very well have been on the spectrum, too, btw). The only interesting point of your scenario for me was that it reminded me that there are many gun owners in the US, and that...

I separate doctors into "surgeons" (not only surgeons, but the ones with the harsh, expensive methods) and non-surgeons, and am suspicious of the former. They are money-driven, lack understanding for physiologic processes, are fond of mechanic or tough solutions to a problem, lack empathy ...

Noise is probably my biggest trigger for meltdowns. This morning I went for a quiet walk through the fields, all of a sudden I've got two dogs barking their heads off at me with an irresponsible owner who had no control over them whatsoever. They were only small dogs, but she was screaming at them ...

but I think we in the west are currently still a far cry from death camps, - while we have refugee/concentration camps at european borders, we don't have any "genetic" opponent, i.e. a presumed enemy whose presumed evilness goes down to his genetic makeup and needs to be extermminated for...

Those "certain members" are a reason more to stay. :ninja: A) I am very good at focusing on the constructive stuff here (and at putting the rest into brackets) . And there IS a lot of constructive stuff going on here. B) Behind the more exuberant rants is generally a bigger anxiety or frus...

The (partly German or Austrian) authors of "The Authoritarian Personality" had been asking the same question at the beginning of the 40s and found in their study that a preoccupingly high percentage of Americans are of the F-scale personality type (F like fascism), so prone to fall for aut...

I’m glad that a few people can relate to how I feel, even if not experiencing it quite so intensely as I do at times. ... I do think this maybe ties into Asperger’s, though. But I don’t know. I’d love to hear from more people because this is a hard thing to really discuss with anyone else… It defin...

Translate this for me, and I might be able to respond with more defeatist diatribe.

Why should I? To make it worse? So that you can respond with a more defeatist diatribe?

At least you can cry. My meds make it impossible. I want to cry, and all I get is a bottomless pit of sorrow I cant crawl out of. Combined with a COMPLETELY and UTTERLY lack of willingness to take my own life, I am left with a blind hope for happiness that will never come. That lack of emotion othe...
