I have had one therapist really agree with my ASD diagnosis. I had two psychs state either ASD or Schizoid PD. I am starting to realized that I am either autistic with some sort of avoidant PD, or that I may be Schizoid or have Schizophrenia. A lot of therapists state there has to be some sort of PD...

So I took quite a lot of testing, a lot of discussion, with my psychologist and I finally got my report back. I was diagnosed with autism, math learning disability, and ptsd. The testing/report also stated I had very poor working memory and I was very borderline-ADD with my ability to focus. My read...

I really depends on your school. For my college, you would divide the payments into four different payments. My tuition was around 2000 usd (books included, for a 12 credit semester). Now, you can say, hey well that's not too bad. And yeah, it's not.. But the payment plan is paid within less than tw...

I can't tell if I'm being too loud unless I'm told I am, or I see the reactions of some people's faces.

I get told I'm too loud, too quiet, that my tone of voice is incorrect.. Etc. Not really sure how to go about controlling any of it, but I do try.

I had a terrible, terrible phone phobia up until possibly 2013. Barely three years now, most likely. I had to get accustomed to it, it's easy when all I need to do it repeat scripts into a phone (which maybe 80% of the time, its just repeating the same information I told the last freakin' person tha...

I have talent, but I have talent in things that generally do not matter or that probably won't get me anywhere in life (like procrastination). I feel like I often have to work significantly harder to get things under my belt especially if it involves motor skills or abstract concepts.. or even writt...

I never really thought of it this way, I just assumed that my parents favored my younger siblings. To them, or at least to one of them, I have ulterior motives in doing things/asking for help/etc. When I put everything I can on the table when I ask for anything or when I do anything. I really suck a...

First you should ask yourself, what made you get a really low GPA and drop out last time? Has that issue been resolved? Also, an even more important thing to ask yourself is, how much debt do you expect to go into? Do you expect you'll be able to pay that debt off with no problem? Depending on the ...

There was a time, at camp, I was unable to make friends.. so I made a stick my friend (I felt sort of sad not having anyone..). I was possibly eight or nine years old.. It had some interesting patterns on it, very likely from termites or a type of wood-boring insect. I tied a string to it and I drag...

I imagine I've decided that I want to go back to college. My last attempt was back in Fall 2010, I dropped out after a Summer semester in 2011. It's been nearly five years since I've even really, seriously, deeply thought about college how I am right now. I didn't want to pick something "useles...

All the jobs I have lost have been purely due to the resulting social issues and functioning issues that I have, I've had four jobs in my life so far. I still have one, but it's really starting to cause me a lot of distress due to constant changes in management and what is and isn't required of me.....

I would say I can function well enough to have a job where.. if it was very limited interaction and very, very consistent but not boring.. I could do it, but I can't deal with the social/customer aspects or the unpredictability of all the jobs I've had. I can't really function well at home, but I ha...

It's been getting worse, despite being on medications to ease my anxiety, but I can't even look at mail anymore. I fear them of being bills, even when I knew I don't owe anything.. I'm just terrified of it. Logically, I know that even if they were bills.. not looking at them doesn't change anything ...

It's a good start, you're thinking of what to do to lose fat. Eating healthy is the first step to getting healthy, the weight/fat loss is only what follows. Your goal should honesty be to get healthy first, lose weight second. Its impossible to tell you how quickly you will meet your goal, as everyo...

I've had a very limited amount of experience (within the last couple years is really when I've focused on buying non-processed food) with buying fresh and such.. I tend to look at something other than eyes, like their mouth or something. I have issues recognizing faces, so I look for a certain hair style or clothes or something to remember a person by. I can't do eye contact, it makes me feel bad. I do notice I tend to look at people for far too long, I stil...
