I also have to wonder... if they're wanting you to change your body hair for them before you start dating, how much else would they expect you to change for them?

Post where you want to. People shouldn't be telling others what they can and cannot do when the rules are being followed and they're not in charge.

Like others have said.. If the book leaves the religion out of it, I'm fine with it. But any type of religious viewpoints within the book, and I'd probably not want to continue reading, unless I was simply curious to know his religious viewpoints. But that would be the only reason I could see in con...

I can't really give you the type of advice it seems you're looking for. I can't understand what's going on with him, but I'm not sure it's autism. My advice would be that in addition to giving him space, that you take measures to move on for yourself. If he happens to contact you later, and you stil...

As the OP, I am having a very, very hard time feeling like people like me are getting dumped on as fakers, not autistic enough, doesn't belong, go away, drop dead, you're not good enough for our club. God this really, really hurts and I don't know why I need to justify myself to anybody. Because I ...

Hm.. I'm not sure about bad smells... I think that has more to do with bathing, which some people need to wash more than others, I guess because of body chemistry. If I don't shower twice a day, those around me will suffer. But others seem fine with once a day. I also don't mind women with body hair...

Does anyone else think it's odd the way that society feels about how our bodies naturally look? We'd probably all feel very different about body hair if it weren't expected of everyone to remove so much of it. Plus it tends to change over time.. Such as beards being in style, then out of style and b...

I think it's all about personal preference... I have eyebrows the hair on my head... That's it.. lol But I'm not the least bit picky about what other people choose to do with their own bodies. I'm more interested in what's inside that person. I think if someone is really interested in you, body hair...

Wanna know one of the things that occurred to me? I was always afraid of being called upon because I would be found out to be a fraud. Now I realize that it was a deep recognition of the fact that I was faking every interaction I ever had. So, if that was a fake, I was a fake. I crumbled a lot. I'm...

Thank you both very much. I was shaking as I wrote it. I just instantly assume that I'm a bad person and that I deserve it, even when I can't make sense out of where I went wrong. Or what I did that was so bad. In situations where I do understand, it hurts, but I find it doesn't give me so much anxi...

I used to think I was a "highly sensitive person", too. And I agree that it's autism. I never used to cry, but I do now. People seem to not like me when I show emotion.. I think because it's too much for them, or they think I'm weak. I used to get harassed horribly for showing emotion. Now...

I've never really done anything like this before, because I've been taught that it's better to mask your pain or to be strong, which I'm not strong.. I don't think I've ever been strong. But people would tell me that I was, because I wouldn't speak up about bullying when I was a kid or abuse at home...

Women are people. Individual with different interests, wants and desires. You don't know what any of them want, til you get to know them. If a woman has preset standards that you don't fit, then don't waste your time. You'll only end up hating yourself. But if you find someone who actually likes you...

As one of those who had been sexually involved in my teens and had relationships... Trust me.. You have no reason to be jealous. Really. I wish I hadn't. These are years of my life that I will never get back, filled with abuse that has lead to ptsd and anxiety issues that I deal with every single da...

I realized that another problem I have is that I usually only feel attracted to one or two guys and only focus on them and it's very difficult for me to be able to like other guys. I think that's pretty normal. And it seems better than being attracted to so many people that you would go out with al...

I am also aware that racial segregation used to be what people did, believing that was the right thing to do. I don't believe in stereotyping or segregating. I don't see how any good can possibly come from it. No good ever has seemed to come from it. Having a forum for women is a very different thi...
