Do whatever you want...just don't develop expectations for something that may never happen.

I think this happens to people regardless of whether they are NT/Aspie. People make assumptions and say things without thinking all the time. Sure it's annoying, but I've found it's a lot easier to just carry on with out making it a big deal. When you think about how big the world is, it doesn't rea...

FYI, tamu undergrad econ classes aren't very challenging mathwise (with a couple exceptions) they focus more on the theory and simple formulas. so if you like economic theory and memorizing simple formulas i think you'd do well in econ classes. however, that said i know several applied math/econ maj...

I went to a country with a different language. Being immersed definitely speed up the learning process. It was really interesting because there were a lot of places where you had to take a number (like a bakery or drug store), then when they called your number you went to tell them what you wanted. ...

I have studied abroad. I had a three month homestay with a family, which went pretty well. But because of a few problems at the end of their contract I found my own place to stay for the remaining month and a half. I was studying Economics in Chile. It's a pretty interesting place to study economics...

Does any one know of a good photo database program? I know of piccasa, and liked it a lot. The only problem is that you have to define tags and such for every computer in the network - waaay too much work. I don't know a whole lot about this stuff...but I need to present something to my supervisor.....

Well, why not? I'm so egocentric that I can't help it: How do you think I look better? With or without glasses? I have to agree with what the others said. You have two different looks, but you look good either way. Your second pic makes me crave Italianos. The place reminds me of somewhere I used t...

7: I had a very good night of sleep :D , but I am a little sad I wasn't able to talk with friends online more this weekend. I got up this morning and made it to my office in 20 minutes by bicycle and then to the building where my classroom is in another 15 minutes. I feel energized!
