I just turned 30 this month and I live in a 24/7 group home. I can’t work a job and I can’t drive. In fact, I can’t go out in public without someone with me to make sure I don’t get hit by a car or get lost. |

Anyone else like wearing compression clothing for sensory purposes? I have quite a lot of sports compression clothing that I wear under my clothes or to sleep in. I dissociate on a fairly regular basis but not enough to cause lasting distress. I'm not diagnosed with Depersonalization Disorder and I don't think I need that diagnosis because my dissociation isn't really causing a problem most of the time. |
