I take my most sedating meds at night and I use a weighted blanket. Google “sleep hygiene.”

I just turned 30 this month and I live in a 24/7 group home. I can’t work a job and I can’t drive. In fact, I can’t go out in public without someone with me to make sure I don’t get hit by a car or get lost.

I dissociate on a fairly regular basis but not enough to cause lasting distress. I'm not diagnosed with Depersonalization Disorder and I don't think I need that diagnosis because my dissociation isn't really causing a problem most of the time.
