Christ I never regressed! And vaccines have nothing to do with it either.
Never had them. Always was bullied, always was different, got past it in time.

I recognise a fraud at 200 paces. I have people at work I don't get on with because I know they are as fake as Jordan's boobs. Truly, it turns my stomach to be in the room with them alone because they make me feel like I want to run away. And when they speak to me I can always hear the putdown. They...

Picard is basically the embodiment of what you want in a leader. He has his foibles, he is a complete character, but he is also the finest leader I have ever seen on tv, film, or in real life.

If we are talking non series lead captains, I rate Matt Decker highly, it was a crap situation for him.

I really love Kevin Conroy's Batman above all other versions. However the best animated film yet has been the Dark Knight Returns Part 1.

I've noticed that we've come to look down on limerence on this forum as though it's a phase only the most pathetic experience. Some if the best lobe songs were inspired by limerence. Once of the kindest people I know has been known to wallow in limerence. Is it really such a character flaw? Do we d...

Why not just be friends and keep doing what you're doing? She's going out of her way to hang out with you so she obviously likes how you behave right now, just don't ignore her and be honest. She didn't have a problem with asking you to hangout, so if she does likes you romantically, she probably w...

I like TNG and DS9 best. Enterprise was pretty good, but not a Voyager fan. Incidentally I DETEST the new movies by JJ Abrams. But I think the new Star Trek: Axanar will be such a success that the Abrams verse will have to react in the following movies to return to original Star Trek production and ...

I think people see I care and exploit that. I appreciate the responses and advice Ive had on here. I feel like dumping other people entirely. I need to put up walls at least in the real world. I sometimes tink the two or three who bully me at work do it because they can smell the other on me. They c...

I have to say that I have fallen victim to this this week. This guy who has been temping at my work chose to come and see me on reception, seemed like he was friendly but he started to ask to borrow money. First he borrowed some from Petty Cash to get to a surgery he was seeing patients at, and this...

Can the OP see the opposite point of view here? That cold callers are a bane on society and it isn't a real job? Not one that adds to the mass of good things in society anyway. I appreciate that you need a job, we all do, but some jobs aren't real jobs at all, certainly not ones that NEED to be done...
