Here I am, it's 5:05 am and I'm supposed to be up in 2 hours for work, yet I've not slept a wink. I've been in bed since 12 but it's not happening. My sleep schedule has pushed round too much too fast, going from getting up at 8 am to getting up at 6pm in the space of 2-3 days. It sounds like there ...

Thanks for all of your input. In response to a couple of posts: I don't mind my job, I neither like or dislike it. It is bearable for the most part it is easy and repetitive and computer/machine based which is what I like. Plus I work on my own most of the day which is a good thing. It is not extrem...

Looks like you're exhausted, not lazy. Also, looks like you're compensating during the weekends for lack of sleep during the week. It's quite normal for people to do this when they're sleep-deprived. Are you on any medication that could have fatigue as a side effect? I felt like you do when I was o...

I NEED about 11-13 hours sleep or my body and mind feel weak. When it's the weekend I will sleep for this long every day guaranteed, or any opportunity I get whilst I'm not in work. If I get anything less than this I will feel very sleep deprived and depressed. On weekdays I average around 4-6 hours...

Thank you for the replies. Skibum - thanks for your kind words, I will definitely look into the book I might see if I can find it in a store today if possible. Maybe the post title sounds misleading, I am not looking for a diagnosis on WP but rather just want to know if ASD sufferers experience any ...

I see about ADHD not being part of it, must have gotten confused about something there. I am pleased to receive such feedback and thoughts, and being made welcome. I struggle every day like many others, and I am trying to find out why. There are a lot of strange things about me many I haven't been a...

Hi, thanks for the feedback. Just to clarify I had been in college for 3 years at that point it wasn't new to me or anything and then that one time I found it really difficult to present that essay, very randomly and this is the first case of anxiety I remember. As for childhood I think I was a bit ...

I have never done anything like this before, and never spoken about any of this stuff apart from to one close friend of mine. Sorry if I am rambling or some of what I say does not make sense, I am trying to make sense of it myself, I am also very bad at explaining things and tend to include too much...
