I think it really depends on the person. If, for instance, the main issue for the person is confidence then going to therapy and support groups can potentially help with that. If it's more the sheer severity of the spectrum condition and/or any comorbid conditions then psychology isn't likely to be ...

Honestly the SNES, PS1, and PS2 all had amazing libraries and many fond memories for me.

There used to be a Warhammer group where I live however after the GW sales rep screwed over our FLGS owner it pretty much died and got replaced with MtG groups.

I've built several computers over the years, what kind of price range are you looking at?

House is more of a misanthrope than anything else. He just doesn't give a crap about what other people think most of the time. There's only a few exceptions to this, but they are key connections for him.

So among them: Mana Collection: Not only does it contain the 2 games that started the Mana franchise, it had the long time coming Trials of Mana which had been the holy grail of the franchise for years. Link's Awakening: A great remaster of one of the greatest Zelda games of all time. Mega Man 11: A...

I read this post and immediately thought of the scene in Dr. Dolittle with the priest. Jokes aside there probably were some instances where the "slow" or "weird" person in a village would get blamed when a spate of bad luck hits said village. People on the spectrum are known to d...

Honestly being online takes a huge load off of an aspie's shoulders. You don't have to worry about vague biological social queues. The topic of conversation is usually fairly obvious and there are defined rules for interaction. People on the spectrum can interact without as much of a chance of being...

I'm just hoping that 5 will open with a reveal that 3, 4, and Gat Out of Hell were the result of a massive acid trip caused by some low grade smack Shaundi bought for the gang. I know a lot of people love the absolute goofiness of the later games but I honestly feel the series was at its best in the...

I've played it in the past. There are good and bad aspects to the game but I will say the story is probably the most epic thing I've seen in an MMO. At the very least if you like good stories you should check it out. The game is a huge investment of time though and unless you can handle learning eve...

As many have pointed out he's never really been on the rails to begin with. However, like many people there are things he's savvy about and other things he's completely ignorant about. Unfortunately regardless of the subject he has a big mouth and an even bigger ego.

Simply put, money is not a cure all. Money can give you access to many things yes, but it often comes with its own problems. You can have massive amounts of money yet your personal life can still be in complete disarray causing you stress, anxiety, and various headaches all the time.
