Meditate, analyze and be patient. Then indulge yourself by surfing the web and making plans for "little things". "Oh, there's a thing I think she'd like *bookmarked*". "When the time is right, I'm going to suggest this activity *favorited*". "I am so getting her o... |

None of us are saying we're entitled to a relationship. This thread was started as a rebuttal to "no wonder you don't have a gf" , which is probably something that was said to the OP. ''no wonder you don't have a boyfriend.'' ''no wonder you're not married.'' ''no wonder you don't have ma... |

So, I just had a date with a girl...it went fine, we connected, and I think the interest is there. However, at this point, I feel the special interest urge coming on, the kind that makes you want to accelerate a relationship way too fast, and the kind that will scare someone away. Is there anything ... |

I disagree with the premise of this thread. Why? Because having someone who's morally worse than us and still is in a relationship changes nothing and entitles us to nothing. I strive to be the best man I can be, f$#^ the rest. None of us are saying we're entitled to a relationship. This thread was... |

What do you class as an addiction? Is it like 3 times a day? I masturbate nearly every day and I am an aspi woman. I am in a relationship but I have to say. I prefer solo activity. If its taking over your life and more than twice a day, I would class it as a problem even for a male. There has been ... |

Hello all, I've realized my use of porn and frequency of masturbation has become a problem. I'd rather prefer to jerk off than talk to a girl and invest my time into hooking up/a relationship. So I deleted all the porn off my computer and have sworn off masturbation. It's been 7 days, and it's getti... |

Yah, drink less. I don't become angry or violent, but alcohol depresses me so I tend to keep my usage under control. |

I just broke up with my girlfriend because I realized I didn't feel much emotion toward her. This was my first relationship, and it lasted about 5 months. My question is: are relationships for me? There were few moments when I felt genuine emotion in this relationship, and I felt that it largely was... |

are her issues with sex religiously based? that's the first thing i thought of. under rules like that, intimate activities like oral and heavy petting might be ok, but the line is drawn at penetrative sex from what i gather. i've known people who would be very reticent with their feelings when talk... |

I've been dating a girl for the past few months who is very likely an Aspie. Several problems have arisen as we have gotten further along: she has issues about disclosing her emotions with me; she'll often clam up about her feelings rather than discuss them. She will have periods of time when she cu... |

I think if you're already alienated from society it's more likely that you'll explore different music types than the mainstream. That is so true. Is it a cause and effect, like aspergers causing the alienation which causes the music taste, or is the music taste inherent in aspergers? I think it's t... |

Being 20 and liking shoegaze kind of sucks lol. I haven't met anyone my age who likes it, let alone knows what it is. There is a pretty huge resurgence of shoegaze at the moment, lots of newer bands are co-opting the original sound and incorporating other musical textures in to it. Yeah, I've kind ... |

If I do listen to music with vocals it's more about the sound of the voice (almost as an instrument) than the lyrics. I love trad folk, opera, hardcore punk because of how the voice is used as well as the music behind it. You would love shoegaze, then (if you don't already already) It's a little ji... |
