I think maybe it is a trauma response, from being bullied or mistreated for not having social skills. So people become recluses. To be fair i dont understand what "social skills" refer to. If it is trying to communicate in a NT-like manner, like smiling and making eye contact when speaking...

I think you should see a doctor. Is it possible to have a social worker who will help you also?

I keep all my passwords in the same notebook, and on my phone's notes app. Though at my phone they are written in a way only i can understand.

I am in touch with my parents, extended family not so much. I did not feel any closeness with them growing up except my cousins.

I am sorry. If it helps, when i was working i was also constantly exhausted to the point of falling asleep at work sometimes. How have you been sleeping as of late?
