I think treatment-resistant depression is more responsive to medications than other therapies, but, of course, them can help very well. Some psychiatrists ate encouraging prescribing mood stabilizers, nmda-antagonists and stimulants too, because depression is a very complex thing, and in some, serot... |

Yea, for me at least, if I take it chronically, I become much anxious, depressed and impulsive in all aspects and, of course, very sleepy. Because of that I avoid to take it in a chronic manner, and only in as needed basis. |

I've been using it for a few years with some breaks when I couldn't afford it. I use 200mg-300mg once daily and it does help with social anxiety and relaxation, I usually take it about an hour before leaving the house in the morning. I haven't had any problems with the low daily dose and have never... |

I have similar experiences as yours. I have started taking Ritalin (methylphenidate) a few months ago, and I seem to be very sensitive to it. If I take a small as 10mg dose, I get my thinking slowed down in a very strange way, with heavy brain fog and apathy (zombie-like), maybe dysphoria and some p... |

I consider phenibut to be an amazing occasional life-saver, never took gabapentin although. I find phenibut to improve my verbal fluency and some cognitive aspects. I have recently been diagnosed with bipolar II with borderline/adhd and I'm currently taking lamotrigine now which helped with other co... |

Hi, there. It has been a quite time since. So yeah, it's a substance you have to use with caution, because it can cause interactions and nasty withdrawals as well as quick tolerance. I now in 2019 still taking it, but once in a while, because it had some unpleasant side effects to me (a lot of dange... |

You really have the sure. I think if you put your condition on the top, you will have in a constant worry about how you will be. Personally, I think you've got to put your condition deeply in your consciousness, and at such times forget you have and focus more on people and their owns. |

For me, I focus on positive thoughts about me and the event and what good could happen if I do and try to distract the worries about the other people around me. Of course, that's not work very well, and many times I finish feeling myself frustrated, but can tell you it makes change and self-help me ... |

I have to agree with you. Most of the medicine and psychiatry misunderstand the best way to help us with our peculiar problems. To me, they want to make businesses above the care to people's health. It's not because it's a russian creation it be useless . In my mind, they should study deeply the exa... |

I've been on Phenibut for 3 months now and really realize a significant improvement on my anxiety and depression. Although an addictive substance with quickly-developing tolerance and withdrawal, Phenibut is making me very good. I usually take 500-750mg twice a week. (note: Phenibut is a molecule of... |
