When I was in high school, 15 years ago, I sat at the front in every class so that I could clearly see and hear anything the teacher was doing. I chose a seat at the front on my own though, no one really had to do anything.

When I was younger I was very immature & acted inappropriately for my age. No one told me any different, PLUS.. my parents never knew how I acted around people at school nor on the internet. Also, as a side note, my parents were SUPER protective of me. I was not allowed to have friends or intera...

Have you tried walking around in a strong wind to get used to moving air? Jump, and see how far you go. How about trying some "training rides?" Tighten your seat belt, and see how much you can raise your comfortable speed if it is done gradually, and under your control. I used to love sti...

Yes. I read all the time about how people on the spectrum have a special gift of being really smart in math, science or something else...and I have nothing I am good at or smart at academically.

I feel like I have learned more about what behaviors I need to avoid, I have also matured. I feel like my mental age is younger than my real age. I act now like a regular teen would act, without the weird rebellion stuff. Maybe I act closer to 20 even though im in my mid 30's.

My wake up hours vary depending on when I went to sleep and if I wore my cpap or not. I would LIKE to wake up at like 5:30-6 everyday. If I wear my cpap I wake up at like 5 but if not it could be 7 or 8. I wake up MOST of the time around 7:00 on the dot.. which is the same time I woke up as a kid to...

(side note, I am in my 30's and cannot drive). When riding in a car, truck or van on the road I get very scared. I have anxiety and panic about being enclosed in a small area going down the highway really fast. If someone opens a window I have a panic, if someone were to open a sunroof I would start...

I am going to try and explain this the best I can. So for the longest time I have had this overwhelming feeling of existence. It's not that I am "self centered" but I feel like I am the center of existence...like I am the main character or something. I do also have anxiety when I ponder ov...

Does anybody else do this? I'm not really into music per se and never have been (until I was about 13 I didn't know the names of any bands or singers) but every now and then I'll hear a song I like and for the next few days or weeks that's all I will listen to - just the same song or handful of son...

To receive some responses, I suggest rephrasing your question to make it more specific. As it stands, it's hard to know where to begin. Unfortunately I cannot edit my main post. My question is, is there any advice to help me be less "lazy"..and help overcome being so addicted to the compu...

In my early 20's I was diagnosed with "pervasive developmental disorder" which of course is on the autism spectrum. Some of my biggest problems are; inability to come up with what I could or should say in a conversation, inability to make myself do things I know I should be doing(exercise,...

I have recently noticed it as a way to insult others in the gaming world. In 2008 when I started gaming I had never heard it used as an insult, so it is a new thing with the younger crowd. I don't think much of it because I know they are ignorant. What I don't like is when people take pictures of ha...
