He used to bug me for sex in the morning, he didn’t care if he was late for work. Now that the children are older (teenagers), I like to wake up a hour earlier, as they are still asleep, I feel more comfortable than at night as they go to bed later, or they are in their rooms. I have explained all ...

Why, when I was a young'n we dint have no preschool! Soon's we could walk, our parents marched us down...

Bambi and Dumbo are for kids, it teaches kids about death in a colorful movie, but make sure you can handle it. I could when I was a kid though I probably didn't really have an idea of what was going on. My son got very upset during the live action preview of Dumbo at the movie theater when we went...

Perhaps, offline, you should avoid talking about your desire for a girlfriend except to those you're closest to. That's usually a topic reserved for friends. Being single is a weird thing for adults to pick on someone for unless that person complains about his or her single status all the time and i...

I like the book "The Skeptics' Guide to the Universe, How to know what's really real in a world increasingly full of fake." by Dr. Steven Novella. It is a good discussion on logic fallacies. Fallacies are a great study. That book sounds interesting. I can recognize some of them in the day...

I predict that this is all a scam perpetrated by the girl's parents to avoid the shame and disgrace of knowing who the real father is ... that is, IF the girl is actually pregnant. It would not surprise me at all if the girl has a sudden 'miscarriage' sometime in the near future ... Yeah, th...

The Bible doesn't talk that much about Hell or the forms of torment that one would experience there. It's shadowy and vague. Any discussion on it is all just supposition and what individuals choose to bring to it. None of it is very applicable for me since I'm not a Christian. I was just referring ...

Update: So I caught him masturbating in the morning, walking in on him in the bathroom, not that I mind, but he denied it. So I am worried that he chooses to masturbate, instead of having sex with me. But what I had noticed, he couldn’t get it up for me in the morning, he was better in the evening....

Probably reporting on Kobe Bryant's shoe size would keep more viewers watching than discussing the nonfamous people killed in the crash. Not cool but that's how it is.

Why did people ever think that the storyline of Bambi would be a good idea for young children (or Old Yeller)? It's puzzling to me. Now they want to traumatize the next generation.

My kid and I can't even handle Dumbo...

I think I'd enjoy attempting an open, Christian Objectivist critique of the Edwards sermon. The problem with doing so is that the fundamentals of the sermon are ripped straight from the Bible and, as far as I can tell, are theologically sound. The main points are highly logical. I can't find anythi...

In regards to the whole lipstick controversy, I once heard that C. S. Lewis had a very bad relationship with one of the female teachers at the boarding school he attended as a child, and that led him to have a negative view of women throughout the rest of his life. C. S. Lewis had no problem with w...
