Usually sleep 9pm to 4am. Sometimes, have trouble falling or staying asleep. Almost never too "busy" to sleep. Only one part time job. Zero children, zero "friends", no school, whatever. Usually, between 8 and 9am is the time that I am the most exhausted every day. At that time, ... |
