Make that five as of now. I've started to wear dresses more often these days. Still tend to prefer jeans and a nice jumper though Oh how the tables have turned. I own quite a few more dresses now and I quite like them. Never. For one thing I'd have to shave my legs and that's just insurmountable. I...

You know, I just can't understand why I can't find a woman. I mean, I've been following this guy's advice and obviously he's a solid guy that doesn't wish to financially exploit me by playing on my sense of loneliness. I mean sure, wolves don't have an alpha beta social hierarchy and he sure does sa...

Man, I've no idea. I seem to be turning into my aunt these days! 8O I'm still trying to get used to that every time I see a mirror. My grandma's sister has dementia, so understandably I'm worried about that possibility. It's been difficult for my grandma. I hope I end up like my grandma instea...

I'll throw Persephone on this list. Goddess of Spring. Queen of the underworld.

Granted, not exactly the most ideal of stories but Greek mythology never is.

The whole eating the pomegranate fruit and being trapped there reminds me of tales of the fae.

Sometimes I think about a therapy session I had with a former therapist. I told her about my old school counsellor. How my counsellor would berate me if I didn't answer perfectly and how she hated the questions that I asked. My therapist remarked that despite my counsellor considering my questions t...

Whenever I watch a movie, I keep two things in mind; the year the film was released and what time period the story is set. I expect cultural and language differences. Although it can be a little awkward when I'm watching an old film and people feel obliged to apologise to me. Relax. I knew what I wa...

There's a film called 'Teen Beach Movie' (2013) which pulls inspiration from 'Grease', and other musicals that take place in the 1950's and 1960's, as a form of social commentary. Two teenagers from the 2010's find themselves transported into the world of an 1960's musical. In order to escape, they ...

Do you feel a sense of dysphoria? If so, how long has this persisted? What made you start questioning your gender identity? Have you spoken to a LGBT friendly therapist to rule out other possibilities? Is this an option for you?

It annoys me when I ask 'Why do people vote for the UK Conservatives?' and the response I get is 'Oh, you'll understand when you're older'.

Well, I was hoping to hear some specific reasons and examples. So I could fathom how we ended up with this government.

I'm OK with seeing PDA so long as it's not obstructive. Don't block the exits or entrances to buildings. Don't stand in the way of the grocery isle. Don't have one person standing on the bus and the other standing off the bus kissing each other - either get on the bus or don't! Ahem. Sorry. Ye...

I agree that sometimes it's not always clear where an intrusive thought or trigger is coming from at first.

I've realised recently that I've had a breakthrough with a buried sense of shame which up until this point I had been struggling to track down the root.

My gen Z peers poke fun of me for my lack of experience. I know it's not mean spirited though. On the whole not knowing if you should approach someone, I've taken to asking 'Hey, I was wondering, should I keep things friendly between us or are you OK with a little flirtation? Don't wanna misjudge th...

I actually have an outfit that looks almost exactly like that in my wardrobe. Alas, no dates planned for the near future. I still like to dress up though anyway. 8)
