The OP does not want to diagnose his love interest but tell her he suspects ASD Usually I side with the MYOB but since she has both confided her diagnosis and her suspicion something else is going on I would advise him to tell her to look into autism because some of her traits resemble Autistic one...

Q: How to tell someone you suspect they have ASD? A: You don't; unless you want them to tell you to MYOB. Try to imagine how you would feel if someone walked up to you and told you that they thought you were mentally ill -- someone who had absolutely no formal training in the field of psychology, n...

Ok. Let me begin: there is someone who is very very dear to me, a girl for whom I have really deep feelings. We have already talked many times about how she feels unhappy most of the times. She says that there is something in her that makes her different and that she feels a strange necessity to kno...

I'm an Aspie, and I've never had any interest in anal sex. Female masturbation now - - that's damn HOT! :D Well, no two aspies are alike, I guess. Anyway, I still think my obsessive fixation on this fantasy may eventually have something to do with AS, or maybe not. But well, maybe it is not that im...

The only part of it that possibly has anything to do with AS is the level of obsession. But the interest in the sex act itself? That's totally just the way you're wired.

Yes, but it was the level of obsession that I was precisely wondering if had anything to do with AS. Not the desire in itself.

Hello. I have been recently diagnosed with Asperger Syndrome and I am currently in a phase when I scrutinize every small detail in my past and present life and try to see if it has something to do with AS. There is something about my sexuality that puzzles me. I am heterossexual and have always been...
