| Anybody have experience with SSRIs for anxiety? The mechanism by which these are supposed to work seems more in line with something that would be much more appropriate/helpful than benzos. SNRI's were better for me - SNRI's work on dopamine as well as serotonin. Also make sure you have steady blood... |

| Clonazepam for me is a magic drug - but I only take it as I needed it. 2mg / day seems pretty high. Only you will know if this drug is helpful. If it helps you to sleep - use it to help you to sleep - but there a better drugs to promote sleep. Clonazepam would not be ideal given it has a long half l... |

| You state you are on a low carb diet - so I guess you are on a high protein diet. I think my depression is aggravated by fragile blood sugar levels - going up a down. I find when I get adequate protein - daily recommendations - my mood improves. Fruit and veges help. A balanced diet - including prot... |

| When making a judgement on anything - you should analyse to establish truth. OCD, the wreaked building, a a simple lightbulb, the police assaut, the 11 days spent in custody, the original ommission of guilt, the fact the owners of the building didn't want a police prosescrution, the public exposure ... |

| The guy had OCD with a passion for light bulbs. This drove him to enter a wrecked building, putting himself at risk and probalby his boyfriend who followed him to try and get him to see sense. The owners of the store had no wish to proceed with a prosecution. They were not considered about a cruddy ... |

| No No and No again to the idea of Flat tax. Outline the benefits and you might convince me otherwise. The front page of local news paper tells the story of a highly esteemed surgeon found guilty on tax evasion. He got his photo printed on the front page. Slimey bastard. Too many doctors over charge ... |

I guess I will have to make more effort to find out. Happy East... |

Everyone should have the option of deciding what they want for themselves, without undercurrents from anti cure and pro cure movements. None of us are born perfect.... seeking to find better individual ways of coping is always ... |
