I used to intensely dislike it, but I found a solution. Basically, my wife and I decided, from the day we moved together, to take a daily photo of us two together. Having my photo taken is at least as uncomfortable as looking someone in the eye for me. There is no specific reason I just feel extremely uncomfortable and cant' stand seeing myself. It probably doesn't help I have prosopagnosia so it's strange to see a face I know is mine but can't recognize it. ...
