I cant sit still.
Even if i force myself, cant focus on any task.
Its not productive at all.
And it's not fun.

My peers got far ahead in life (work, socialising, relationships etc) and i feel like i fell behind.
I was depressed since my childhood and wasted many young years. Now i'm 26 years old.
In some aspects i still feel like a kid.
Idk how i lived 26 years and still couldnt make some progress |

Even a slight amount of noise makes me uncomfortable and distressed
I cant easily sleep if i hear something.
Especially human voices, noise that other people make, these things drive me crazy.
Is there any way to be more insensitive and focus on my own stuff |
