I am sorry to tell you that there are infinite ways to live a life. You can choose to be a pirat, or a monk, maybe a celebrity, or a newage coach, or a liar, maybe a prophet, or an athlet, perhaps an artist, or an inventor, or a chess player, or a plumber, a master of nothing, or an astronaut, a dil...

I might be able to increase my range of motion via simple stretches as I have been a bit more flexible in the past when I was regularly doing some basic yoga. But I doubt I'll gain thaaaat much movement - not as much as my range is short by. I legit think it's a physical biomechanical thing of some...

If you are constantly comparing to others, yes, you will lose your life, which is unique and non-transferrable.
Plus information: instagram, youtube, facebook, magazines usually exhibit fake lifes. Normal life is 99% boring for all of us, Nts or Aspies, and that is great. |

You are not deemed intelligent enough to know about yourself. Only a professional who has hardly seen you can do that. This is what some people would have you believe. Really interesting question you posted here. I see to differents ways to answer it: 1. Only a professional can give you a diagnosis...

For me control means to suppress or hide emotions you don't want to be shown. That process needs a lot of energy to be done and finally you get overwhelmed or burnout. And, for sure, the emotions you hide do not disappear, they remaing close to you waiting an oppotunity to arise again, maybe as a he...

I have had one Honda CRM 75cc in my youth (cross type) and another Honda, a Hornet 500cc (naked), in my late thirties. Riding a bike gives you a sort of freedom you don't have with a car. The "problems" with being an aspie: - It took me a little more time to get the motorcycle driving lice...

What I am afraid of?
People in general and in particular. When I am walking alone in the forest I do prefer to see a snake or a wild boar than noticing a human coming towards me in the opposite direction. Animals are more predictable to me than two legged ones, and less stressful. |

I'm wondering if it's possible for an athletic Aspie to exist - bucking the cultural stereotype. Not that they'd be Olympians or major league sports hot-shots, but higher-than-average athletic. While I'm in good shape from weightlifting, biking, swimming, etc over many years and hardly look scrawny...

Yes it is a question that people have asked me through the years. So What Do you do to socialise? Or What do you do for fun? I find I hate being asked that question I find it very awkward as well. I get very cagey when asked that kind of question. I remember around the time of my diagnosis I used t...

I wasted my youth trying to fit in a NT world. I tried hard, I did the best i could, I got exhausted, sick. Never succeed. If i could come back to my teenage years or my twenties, I promise you I had done things radically different and walked my own path rather than trying to walk others highways th...
