I voted "Who?", but I have heard of her. I am not watching her TV show, nor doing what she advocates. And apparently it's a racket - people come into your home & suggest ways to make it better, then they come back, again & again. It is a life-long commitment, at least according to ...

I was in the military in a 24/7 office, with constantly changing shift schedules. I learned long ago to accept the change & go with the flow. Mox nix, not a big deal. Changes can always occur for various reasons. Learn to accept that & don't worry.

Oh ya, I have been tracking using various devices since 2005. Why do I have an urge to see what my heart is doing? I don't do much other than check the graphs. It started with as Polar watch for running, then Garmin, then I migrated to a couple different FitBits. Now I am back on Garmin, this time ...

Same with me! I miss so many opportunities by thinking of it after everyone has changed the subject!

Sheesh. And if I do spout off with that comeback, it goes over like a lead balloon!

I agree with AspE! Just drink it. Try not to add sugar to it. If you do need a sweetener, raw honey is probably the best.

that is pretty good work Guitarman :wtg: would that such would work for me, but alas it doesn't. I do core exercises daily [mainly for my recovering back] and walk vigorously up and down the hills where I live, and mind my diet, but so far I seem barely able to keep BMI 25, especially in wintertime...

So far today I have shovelled out the driveway... again. And cleaned off the car. This is way too early in preparation to drive to the park & snowshoe for 5 or 6 kilometres. I was waist deep in drifts yesterday, so I'll snowshoe today!

Spaghetti with lots of jalapeños & chipotle peppers. Hamburger, red onion, celery, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, garlic, the hot peppers, jar of tomato sauce, spinach under it & tons of parmagiano reggiano on top. None of the crappy Kraft Parmesan which in no way resembles real parmesa...

When I win the lottery, I'll be in a home similar to these. I just hope I win when I can move into a home like these. I'd prefer single floor plan, with maybe a lookout. Lots of land around it, so I don't hear the neighbours. Although some of the homes highlighted here you don't even see a neighbour!

I've never ever liked olives either. I went so far as buying a bottle of black ones, thinking they must be better, but they were just as bad! Oysters on the half-shell & the black shelled things. Ugh, hate them with a vengeance. Please don't remind me of what the black-shelled things are called....
