There is supposed to be a book on how people with different blood types require different ratios of the various food groups. I don't know how accurate that is, but I know people who are perfectly happy eating vegetables most of the time. However, I also know people who have to have meat with their m...

I finally got her to go counter-clockwise by looking over to the side, looking at her with my peripheral vision and letting my eyes go out of focus. Sorry, for being a bit obsessive about seeing this thing spin the other way. Things like this kind of bug me when everybody sees something and I...

When I look at the traits that are supposed to be left or right brained in this particular list, I find that I have traits on both sides. What I have traditionally heard of as left brain traits I never found to be strong in myself. But, when I look at this thing it is going clockwise and there is no...

Not sure if this has been posted here, but I found it interesting. Are you right brained or left brained? http://www.news.com.au/heraldsun/story/0,21985,22556281-661,00.html I found that the image rotates clockwise for me. Some on another board claimed they could make it reverse, but I could not. Th...

Well, I have found that some country songs appeal to me. I can say the same for some rock songs, blues songs, anime soundtrack songs, Christian contemporary songs, metal songs... For instance, the songs "Country Boy Can Survive" by Hank Jr. appeals to the part of me that draws away from people when ...

I am in a band. I don't usually have too much of a problem playing out. For one thing, I am not the primary speaker for the band. For another, the talk is usually extremely superficial. "I liked that one song..." "Didn't I see you guys at...?" Then they move on. Plus, if you come off a bit awkward, ...

After giving the genetic nature of AS some thought and considering what I know of my near-ancestors, I would say that my grandfather on my mother's side was probably an aspie. I did not know him well but what I did know of him seems to fit.

The song that I really identify with was Epiphany by Staind. Your words to me just a whisper Your face is so unclear I try to pay attention Your words just disappear Cause its always raining in my head Forget all the things I should have said So I speak to you in riddles Cause my words get in my way...

As a musician and songwriter, I am absolutely in awe of Kanno Yoko. She is the most amazing songwriter and producer, as well as a very talented musician. She is capable of writing J-pop, jazz, rock, blues, classical overtures and amazing ethereal music that defies simple categorization. I have no id...

Technomonk, I used to stay up way too late playing Unreal Tournament. I have also stayed up late playing Mechwarrior 2 many years ago. TheMidnightJudge, I am curious, what is momentous about today? Is it your birthday? Well, Godwit, to make you feel better about yourself, I managed to tick off my pa...

Technomonk, I used to be a gamer. Specifically, Quake and Unreal Tournament. I haven't done that in a long time, though. The video card in my laptop is not up to snuff for the current games.
So what games do you play? |

I'm happy that you liked my avatar. When I first saw it I laughed, too. That is one of the ways I have tried to cope with my social awkwardness. Whenever I can, I try to make people laugh. It makes them overlook your short-comings a bit. I have a lot of them I need to have overlooked. |
