Can you ask his kinder teachers to set up some sort of fire engine play theme, this may get other kids motivated into playing something your son can engage in.
They could do other things to like red paintings, red play dough etc etc.
Get the staff to help you this is their job to. |

| Hi all, we live in Australia so things may be a little different here. I took my son to his job net work agency yesterday. He wont go unless I go with him, because he doesn't know or trust this worker, he wont talk to her or barely look at her, he gets confused by what others say and his short term ... |

| Hi mine does a revolting throat clearing noise. :oops: He also has a cough he does, just a quick hu hum. He doesn't even know he is doing it, if we draw attention to it it makes it worse. I've heard some have tried re-directing with offering water every time they cough, it didn't work for my son tho... |

I would say that this is part of YOUR AS. My 21 year old is the same, only he can only remember about 1 instruction at a time and even then he needs to have an interest in it.
If it's getting worse, are you under extra stress at the moment? |

| Up date: I printed off the dyscalculia info sheets and gave them to the school vp he says he will hand them on to the school psychologist (I'm not holding my breath) I then spoke with J's classroom teacher, she appeared very concerned with the comments that were made. My 12 year old was talking by 5 1/2 months. Singing full nursery rhymes and repeating scripts from tv by 12 months. Now he talks non stop, even to himself and the pc  . |
