I once almost went out with a girl in 6th grade, before she moved to another state. Since then I've only asked a girl out once, and I know the emotions your feeling, mixed in with some biology crap about how only the best genes can survive, only 30% of ASers marry, etc. etc.--then I think of the fis...

Alrighty then, how should I write this out? I'm currently in my 2nd week of college, and I'm having an alright time, hard at work on math(how I despise you) and my other classes. However I've also eagerly on the lookout for a girl I can match up with, since my dating resume so far is an almost-girlf...

There's 100,000 Aussie women looking for spouses. What higher number would convinced you to move? 500,000? 1 MILLION? The chances of total victory are nigh on absolute! Besides, foreigners are sexy, and Americans 'do it better'.

Okay, how about a dare? Turn on your television, flip to any non-kid channel, and tell me how many advertisements you see that show good-looking women in a slinky dress, in a miniskirt, in a bra. There's a subtle avaricious and sexual undertone to our culture. A sense of 'If you don't have it, you d...

Yeah, and be patient. Many people with autism or Aspergers have very narrow interests or abilities, and most end up being restricted to one or two topics of interest.

Hey guys. Since I last visited, I've been making friends with a girl in the grade below me. I rather fancied her, and we've a lot in common (at least, more than the other girls I've had crushes on). I was a little trepidous of approaching her, because she leads a rather active social life, and its h...

Well, of course, but you almost never get a direct statement like that from any type of girl, and subtle body language is something we Aspies have trouble with. I'm trying to work up the manparts to tell the girl I like that I like her right now.

Maybe because they guess you're desperate? I like person to person interaction better because it improves person-to-person skills, and lets you 'appraise the package'. Words are the powertools of romance (or so I read somewhere). If you can adapt to talking face-to-face, you'll likely be able to acq...

Okay, I probably shouldn't be shoving my opinion in since I've never been on a date and only once had an ALMOST gf, but first thing's first: I've AS. I admit it. I'm proud of it. But when I started high school, I was one of the shyest people in the school. Then in 10th grade I started reading dating...

If you're planning on asking out a girl, how do you broach the subject, and finally ask her out? I don't want to seem tongue-tied like I usually am when I've tried asking girls out in the past. Any advice?

Hello again folks! This next topic is something I've been meaning to ask for some time. Even though I've AS, I've a number of friends at school whom I enjoy hanging out with. The trouble is, we're only in-school friends. After school, I go home and work/mope. One thing I've been trying to do is figu...

Hey guys. Its been awhile. I've been kind of down, and haven't had much time to come to WP. However I thought that now that I actually have some free time, I should ask the community about my revived interest in romance. During the school play, I met a girl whom I thought was a 'possible' or even a ...
