Note: please excuse me if something comes across as harsh or rude, it's not intended that way. Let me know and I'll try to adapt my behaviour accordingly. No worries. Nothing struck me as being harsh or rude at all. My attitude has been mostly good regarding learning more about myself. I just got c...

I don’t have the desire or inclination to be an entrepreneur. I don’t have the “sales gene,” and I hate hard-sell tactics. Same here. I had a sales job when I was younger and was awful at it. Not sure if it's an Asperger's trait, but I'm bad at thinking on my feet, which is why I was so bad at sales.

I was talking to my therapist today about my feelings of "why me" when it comes to being on the spectrum. After talking about various things about my past and what triggered these feelings, I think she hit the nail on the head when she asked me if I was mourning the life I wish I could hav...

Absolutely. It would be nice to have a label, but if you identify the problems and work to address them, the labels will take care of themselves.

Felix Unger, The Odd Couple

Frank Burns, MASH

Georgette Baxter, Mary Tyler Moore

And a case could be made for all four main characters on Seinfeld.

Dating sites are absolute BS. Time wasters, people who are on there but don't "have time to meet up", shitfests whose lives are a mess and want you to swoop in in "save them". Seriously mate, keep your cash in your pocket and your head up. When you meet a decent partner you can ...

"Regular" sex is fine but for some reason, oral grosses me out (I'm a guy). The few times a woman tried to go down on me, it was like the air went out of the balloon.

Your son sounds a lot like me at that age. I did indeed come around, although I drove my parents nuts in the process.

We have Disney+ mainly for the kids. But I may start binge watching the Simpsons, which could take years to finish 30 seasons.

I just watched the episode where Woo finds out who her mother is. If South Korea has Emmy Awards, that episode would win several.

Just watched episode 2. It's starting to remind me of Ally McBeal, for those of you old enough to remember that show.

Just watched the first episode. It hit a lot of the typical traits with the fixation on whales, sensory issues, deep obsession with the law, vivid flashbacks and the inability to look people in the eye -- maybe to an extreme. It also caught the confusion of others as to how to deal with her -- do yo...
